1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing products or services from Keronis (“Keronis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (the “User”, “Customer”, or “you”) acknowledge and affirm your assent to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of the Site and the services provided therein. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please refrain from using this Site or making any purchase.
2. Product Classification & Disclaimers
Keronis products, including but not limited to tanning drops, tanning gummies, and ancillary consumables (collectively, “Products”), are marketed as dietary supplements. The statements and claims made regarding our Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Prior to initiating use, you agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have any pre-existing medical conditions. Use of our Products is undertaken solely at your own risk. Keronis assumes no responsibility or liability for adverse outcomes or results.
3. Subscription Model & Recurring Billing
Keronis Tanning Drops are offered exclusively under a recurring subscription framework.
3.1 Automatic Renewal Authorization
By initiating a purchase, you authorize Keronis to charge the payment method on file for a recurring fee corresponding to your selected quantity at the then-current standard rate. Subscription charges will automatically recur monthly until explicitly cancelled by the user in accordance with Section 3.3.
3.2 Introductory Promotions
From time to time, we may extend introductory promotional offerings, such as:

“Buy 3, Get 3 Free”
These promotional constructs are strictly limited to the first order of a new subscription and are non-renewable in subsequent billing cycles.
For clarity: Renewal orders shall revert to the base unit quantity selected at sign-up (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 units) without duplication, and shall be billed at the same standard recurring price applicable to the initial order unless otherwise modified by GlowDrop. No additional units will be provided beyond the selected base quantity unless expressly offered via a new promotional mechanism.
By proceeding with your initial purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept that subsequent subscription orders shall exclude promotional units.
3.3 Cancellation and Billing Cutoff
Subscription cancellations may be executed by the User through the Keronis customer portal at any time following the first renewal. To avoid incurring charges for the subsequent billing cycle, cancellation must be completed no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled renewal time.
Keronis does not provide refunds for orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped prior to cancellation. Requests for cancellation submitted within the 24-hour window before renewal are not guaranteed to prevent billing for the upcoming cycle.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted solely in accordance with our official Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Keronis will only accept unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging. Any returned product that appears used, tampered with, or opened shall not qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
5. Product Availability & Modifications
Keronis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or promotional offering at any time, with or without notice.
Pricing, availability, and promotional constructs are subject to change without obligation to notify individual users.
6. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge such payment method for the total amount of your order, including any recurring charges.
Keronis shall not be held responsible for transaction failures due to invalid or outdated payment information.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and do not constitute binding guarantees. Keronis shall not be liable for delays attributable to carrier error, customs, natural disasters, or events beyond its control.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local governing bodies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keronis, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products or services.
This includes, without limitation, bodily injury, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or interrupted access to the website.
9. Health and Wellness Advisory
You affirm that Keronis has not provided medical advice, nor should any information contained on the Site or packaging be construed as such. Our Products are not a substitute for professional medical treatment or diagnosis. The User assumes full responsibility for their use and acknowledges all associated risks.
10. Mobile Messaging Program Terms
By opting into our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us, which may include marketing messages sent via automatic telephone dialing systems.
Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
12. Amendments
Keronis reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or any Keronis products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
